The 1.5″ Composite Deck Roll Forming Machine is engineered to produce high-quality composite metal floor decking commonly used in concrete slab construction. This type of decking features a 1.5-inch rib depth and an embossed flute pattern that enhances the bond between steel and concrete, creating a strong and reliable composite slab.
Manufactured from 22, 20, 18, or 16 gauge galvanized steel, the panels formed by this machine are ideal for multi-story buildings, mezzanines, and outdoor floor structures. The shallow 1.5″ profile reduces concrete volume requirements while maintaining excellent structural integrity for short- to medium-span applications.
