Work flow

Decoiling → Feeding & guiding → Roll forming → Pre-heating → PU foam injection → Heat preservation → Roll Forming & Sizing → Servo flying saw cut off → Run out table

The entire production process proceeds in strict sequence as follows:

First, the decoiling unit automatically unwinds the raw metal coil and provides stable feeding tension. The material then enters the feeding & guiding system, which ensures precise alignment and smooth delivery of the steel strip to prevent deviation during forming. Next, the strip undergoes preliminary roll forming to shape the basic profile structure. It is then sent to the preheating zone to reach the optimal temperature for foam reaction. Immediately afterward, PU foam injection is carried out under controlled pressure, filling the profile cavity evenly with polyurethane foam. The injected profile continues through the heat preservation section to maintain a stable temperature, ensuring full foaming, uniform density, and reliable bonding between the foam and metal shell. Subsequently, precise roll forming & sizing is performed to finalize the crosssection shape and dimensional accuracy of the shutter door profile. The finished profile is then cut to the preset length accurately by a servo flying saw cut off system, which achieves highspeed, nonstop cutting with smooth end faces. Finally, the cut profiles are smoothly conveyed and discharged via the run out table, completing the entire automated production flow.
