• 5 t hydraulic decoiler

Automatic feeding, carrying 5 tons of coils. If you don’t need a hydraulic model, you can get a manual decoiler for free.

• Feeding leveling system

Flatten and clean the coil to ensure that the plate surface is flat and free of distortion when entering the forming part.

• Rolling forming system

The 22-way precision roller press station gradually roll forming the metal strip into the required contour of the eaves plate. The roller is quenched and has excellent wear resistance. The rack adopts a vertical arch structure with a thickness of 35~45 mm to ensure stability under high-speed operation.

• Embossing system

Before shearing, set up 2 sets of embossing rollers, which can press decorative patterns or reinforce tendons on the surface of the finished product to enhance the 3 D and visual effect. The embossed roller is made of Cr12Mov quenched steel.

• Hydraulic shearing system

Adopting the hydraulic follow-up method, driven by a 4 kW hydraulic station, with fast cutting speed and flat incision without burrs. The cutting knife material is Cr12Mov, and the quenching hardness is HRC 58~62℃. PLC automatically controls the cutting length, and the tolerance is controlled within ±1 mm.

• PLC control system

The Soffit Panel Roll Forming Machine is controlled by Panasonic PLC and equipped with a touch screen man-machine interface. Operators can easily set the production length, quantity and speed. The system supports English/Chinese switching and is equipped with an Omron encoder to ensure high precision and high stability.
