Descripción general del producto
The C89 Light Gauge Steel Framing Machine is a fully automatic system designed for producing light gauge steel structural components used in residential and modular construction. Also known as the C89 light steel cold-formed framing system, it is equipped with 11 precision roll forming stations that continuously bend galvanized steel coils into high-accuracy profiles at room temperature.
This advanced equipment integrates multiple punching and cutting functions, including swage, lip cut, web notch, service hole, end truss, and dimple punching. Through intelligent control and automatic coding, the finished profiles are precisely formed, cut to required lengths, printed with serial numbers, and ready for on-site assembly according to design drawings.
The C89 Light Gauge Steel Framing Machine enables mass production of light steel house frames, ensuring faster installation, consistent quality, and minimal labor requirements. It is an ideal solution for the fabrication of light steel villas and residential buildings up to 3.5 stories, offering both efficiency and reliability in modern steel framing construction.
