The R101 Roof Sheet Roll Forming Machine is engineered for producing 1,250 mm R101 trapezoidal roof panels with a high level of dimensional accuracy and stable product consistency. Its structure is built on a reinforced H-beam base, equipped with 70 mm hardened shafts and 18 precision-aligned forming stations. The system can be paired with either a manual or hydraulic decoiler and includes a PLC control unit, hydraulic cutting mechanism, and an optional automatic stacker.
