Product Overview
The metal coil slitting line is a fully automated, high-precision solution designed for longitudinal cutting of metal coils, including hot-rolled steel, galvanized steel, and similar materials. Equipped with an intelligent PLC control system, it integrates hydraulic shearing, tension regulation, and automatic recoiling to ensure consistent, accurate performance throughout production.
Capable of handling coils up to 1600 mm wide and 0.4–4.0 mm thick, this line delivers smooth, burr-free cuts with minimal material waste. Its compact footprint (approximately 30×12 m) and 300 kW total installed power make it a powerful yet space-efficient choice for industrial applications.
