The High Speed Corrugated Metal Roof Sheet Machine is designed for fast and precise production of corrugated roofing sheets used in roofing, wall cladding, fencing, and screening.
Applications:
Suitable for residential buildings, factories, warehouses, and public facilities such as schools, hospitals, and offices.
Production Details:
Starting from a 1200mm wide flat coil, the machine forms the sheet into a corrugated profile. After rolling, the effective width with a single-wave overlap is 1000mm, making installation and quantity calculation easier.
Advantages:
The wave design reduces rainwater contact, lowers noise, and improves insulation. With high speed, accuracy, and stable performance, this machine is ideal for large-scale metal roofing production.
