1.Decoiler: When production starts, the operator lifts the metal coil to the winding machine, and the inner diameter of the coil is fixed by a hydraulic or mechanical tightening mechanism. The decoiler ensures the stability of the strip tension through servo-driven active winding, avoids loose winding, deviation or surface scratches during the feeding process, and provides a flat and continuous strip supply for subsequent forming.
2.Feeding leveling system:After the coil is unfolded, it first enters the leveling mechanism, and the strip is repeatedly leveled through multiple sets of leveling rollers up and down to eliminate the inherent forming residue and plate defects of the coil.
3.Roller:This is the core milestone of the production process of trim roll forming machine. The metal strip is formed through the roller in turn. Each roller only applies a small and controllable forming deformation to the material, and the strip is gradually bent into the required cross-section at room temperature. Due to the uniform distribution of deformation, the molding process almost does not produce rebound and processing hardening residues. The straightness, angular accuracy and surface finish of the finished profile can be fully guaranteed, and there will be no scratches or plating peeling off.
4.Hydraulic shearing system:The formed continuous profile enters the cutting workstation, and the hydraulic shear or servo flying saw automatically completes the cutting according to the preset length. The servo flying saw can move synchronously with the profile to achieve non-stop online cutting. The incision is flat and burr-free, and the length error can be controlled within ±1 mm; the quantity, interval and cutting head waste of the ruler can be preset in the PLC system to achieve fully automated control.
5.Finished product collection table:The cut-off finished profiles are automatically transported to the receiving area through the discharge table, neatly coded with the stacking device, and waited for packaging and storage. The whole production line only needs 1 to 2 operators to monitor, which greatly saves labor costs.
